It takes dozens of volunteers to make this a successful event each year and there are many ways you can participate, including decorating, room monitoring, checking in or out Nativities, cleaning before the event, and clean up afterwards. We need your help to make this all possible.

Share your treasured nativity scene with hundreds of visitors. Your display will inspire families and help celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.

🏗️ Setup & Preparation
- Decorating: Help transform the venue into a beautiful Christmas display
- Nativity Setup: Assist in arranging nativity displays safely and attractively
- Pre-event Cleaning: Help prepare the venue for guests
- Signage Installation: Place informational signs and directional markers
🎪 During the Event
- Room Monitoring: Supervise nativity displays and assist guests
- Greeting & Information: Welcome visitors and provide event information
- Nativity Check-in/Check-out: Help coordinate nativity loans and returns
- Children's Activities: Assist with craft activities and costume room
- Refreshment Service: Help serve cookies and refreshments to guests
🧹 Cleanup & Wrap-up
- Nativity Return: Help ensure all nativities are returned to their owners
- Venue Cleanup: Restore the venue to its original condition
- Decoration Removal: Pack up decorations and event materials
- Final Inspection: Ensure everything is clean and properly stored

Times vary based on availability - flexible scheduling available
🎪 Event Days
Friday, December 6th: 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Saturday, December 7th: 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Shifts available: Early (5:30-7:30), Late (7:30-9:30), or Full evening
🧹 Cleanup
Saturday, December 7th: 9:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Help with immediate cleanup after the event ends
