What to Bring
Refreshment Schedule

Friday, December 6th: 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Saturday, December 7th: 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Please arrive early to set up refreshments before guests arrive.
๐ฝ๏ธ Serving Times
Both Evenings: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Refreshments will be available throughout the entire event.
๐งน Cleanup
Both Evenings: After 9:00 PM
Volunteers will help with cleanup. Please collect your serving dishes.
Guidelines & Tips
๐ฅ Food Safety
- Please keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold during transport
- Label any items containing common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten)
- Use clean serving utensils for each item
- Cover food items until ready to serve
๐ฆ Packaging & Transport
- Bring items on disposable plates/containers when possible
- Label your serving dishes with your name for easy return
- Consider bringing extra napkins or serving utensils
- Pack items securely to prevent spills during transport

- Individual portions work best for easy serving
- Avoid items that require cutting or complex serving
- Consider dietary restrictions when possible
- Bring serving spoons or tongs if needed
